We have been meeting during term times regularly for over ten years and all participants enjoy our sessions thoroughly.
The session starts with a warm up and stretching and then more energetic movements for a period of time, then some toning exercises and finally with an all important relaxation - wonderful! We all feel better for participating.
Jan, the instructor is an inspiration to us in how to keep reasonably supple and active. Our members come in all shapes and ages but Jan tailors the work so that all can participate at varying levels of effort and achievement.
